SSRA Constitution and By-Laws

Your SSRA is governed by its’ Constitution and By-Laws, which were created many years ago at the inception of the Spout Springs Repeaters Association.

These serve us today providing structure and direction for the association. Although minor adjustments have been adopted, providing for the rapidly expanding repeater association, these governing documents are observed as fluid and subject to change slightly as the repeater system grows.

With rapidly changing technology, slight modifications are made to this ever evolving document. The associations mission is for these documents to compliment one another keeping pace with our evolving repeater system. We will continue to evolve the Constitution and By-Laws to match current technologies and the vast distribution of the SSRA’s membership.
